سياسة الضمان والاستبدال
في Master for Computers، حرصنا الدائم هو تقديم أفضل تجربة شراء وأعلى جودة للأجهزة. لذلك، نوفر لك ضماناً حقيقياً يضمن سلامة جهازك وفق الشروط التالية:
شروط وفترة الضمان:
ضمان الاستبدال (لكافة الأجهزة): نمنح عملاءنا الكرام فترة 10 أيام ضمان استبدال تبدأ من تاريخ استلام الجهاز. في حال وجود أي خلل مصنعي أو فني خلال هذه الفترة، يتم استبداله بنفس الموديل مباشرة.
ضمان الصيانة (للأجهزة الجديدة فقط): سعيًا منا لتقديم أفضل دعم، ستحصل جميع الأجهزة الجديدة تماماً على ضمان صيانة مجاني لمدة 3 أشهر يشمل إصلاح أي أعطال برمجية أو فنية مصنعية.
مستثنيات الضمان (ما لا يشمله الضمان):
يرجى العلم أن الضمان (سواء الاستبدال أو الصيانة) يغطي العيوب المصنعية والفنية فقط، ولا يشمل الأعطال الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، والتي تتضمن:
الأضرار الناتجة عن السقوط، الصدمات، أو الكسر (سواء الهيكل الخارجي أو الشاشة).
التعرض للسوائل، الرطوبة العالية، أو الحرق والتلف الناتج عن تذبذب التيار الكهربائي.
محاولة فتح الجهاز أو صيانته خارج مركز الصيانة المعتمد الخاص بنا.
التعديل على الأنظمة البرمجية الأساسية (البيوس) بطريقة غير رسمية تؤدي لتلف اللوحة الأم.
📍 ملاحظة: يرجى الاحتفاظ بوصل الشراء والملصقات الخاصة بالضمان على الجهاز لضمان تفعيل الخدمة بسلاسة عند زيارتنا في مقر الشركة.

Warranty & Replacement Policy
At Master for Computers, our top priority is to provide you with the best buying experience and the highest quality devices. Therefore, we offer a reliable warranty according to the following terms:
Warranty Terms & Duration:
Replacement Warranty (All Devices): We provide our valued customers with a 10-day replacement warranty starting from the date of receiving the device. If any manufacturing or technical defect appears during this period, the device will be replaced with the same model.
Maintenance Warranty (Brand New Devices Only): To ensure the best support, all Brand New devices come with a 3-month free maintenance warranty, covering the repair of any technical or manufacturing hardware malfunctions.
Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered):
Please note that the warranty (both replacement and maintenance) covers manufacturing and technical defects only, and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, which include:
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or breakage (both the external chassis and the screen).
Exposure to liquids, high humidity, or burns resulting from power surges.
Attempting to open or repair the device outside our authorized maintenance center.
Unauthorized modifications to core software/BIOS that lead to motherboard failure.
